“What can be learned from this experience? “

Simply make a rule, that when you are  getting angry, hateful, resentful, spiteful, pissed off, you will ask yourself: “What can be learned from this experience?”

When life shows you something you disagree with, ask the question.

Most of the time, if you can figure out meaning from the event, then the energy can pass freely because there is no more attachment.  You’ve learned your lesson and you can breathe again.

Attachment is internal conflict.  Whenever you have attachment, you will become stressed and your body and mind will react.

Most of us hold attachment in our stomachs.  So for the purposes of this exercise, you should breathe deeply and comfortably, not stressing the moment but appreciating it for its value.

Remember, the world is filled with illusion.  Let me give you an example:

In one example, someone cuts me off at a stop light.  I get angry.

In the second example, someone cuts me off at a stop light and I don’t get angry.

The illusion manifests when I get angry, which causes attachment.

When attachment occurs we lose energy.

To be truly conscious is to always be learning the maximum from each moment so that you gain superpowers to help billions of people in a positive way.
