Scientifically quantify the most important areas of your life on a 0 to 10 scale each night.
I spent a year tracking these 5 qualities and “honestly” rating myself on them before bed:
_ Social/Family Activity
_ Spiritual Growth
_ Energy Level
_ Physical / Gym
(Feel free to create your own ‘most important’ categories).
I graded myself a ‘5’ if I felt average. 9 would be amazing. 48+ total score = ROCKING IT.
Soon, I saw patterns. If I didn’t go to the gym, my score would drop in many areas.
Actions started correlating to emotions.
I tracked it for a year and slowly understood the specific steps I needed to take to get a “high score.”
